how to take Anchor value from URL to PHP variable

have able to pass the anchor to the URL but not able to get the anchor value from the URL to php because php won’t take any
Value after # so not able to get the value… I Google it and find we can do it through .htaccess

Please Put some lite on it to solve this problem…

Example
On click on Previous Next or on image the top URL will change

When u copy and page this URL in Browser it won’t give u the image that is related to current anchor “#ethan-kali_20” it give u the image form “ethan-kali_21”  pleas check it
http://www.yoursite.in/photos/ethan-kali_21/#ethan-kali_20
